Our Sailing Schedule

Race Duty Staff:
  1. Liaise with Race Committee regarding starting times for the weekend. Below is the default schedule.
  2. Duty personnel need to be at the Club by 9:30am.
  3. Set up Club for the day including assembling shade cover (weather permitting).
  4. In coordination with the Club Race Officer, provide a detailed Sailing Briefing at the Clubhouse prior to the first race session commencing.
  5. Races to start between 10:30am and 4:00pm. Weather dependent.
  6. To provide race results to the Club Race Officer as soon as possible after racing is finished.
  7. To provide race report and photos to Club Publicity Officer by Sunday evening.
On-Shore Duty:
  1. Food preparation and liaise with the VSC catering officer(s).
  2. Responsible for BBQ lunch preparation and clean up of the BBQ and Clubhouse.
If unable to attend a duty, please arrange for suitable replacement personnel and inform the Committee of the replacement person no later than the night before.
