Welcome to the 2026/27 sailing season at Vincentia Sailing Club.

VSC membership registrations and renewals are now open through RevSport.

Renew or Register

Our VSC website membership page now directs members to the VSC RevSport page.

RevSport is VSCs online platform for membership registrations and records.

From there, select Become a Member at the top of the page and follow the prompts.

Australian Sailing Number

Returning members should use their existing Australian Sailing Number rather than creating a new profile.

If you don’t know your Australian Sailing Number, you can retrieve it through the Australian Sailing login page. Select Forgot login details if necessary, or use Find My AS Number at the top of the Australian Sailing website.

Having your existing AS Number ready will make the renewal process easier and help avoid duplicate records.

If you have never previously been registered with Australian Sailing, simply select New Member during the registration process. An Australian Sailing Number will be created for you.

Keep your details up to date

VSC uses RevSport as its membership database, so please take the opportunity when renewing to check that your personal and contact information is accurate and current, particularly your email address, phone number and emergency contact details.

Members are responsible for keeping their RevSport profile details up to date if they change during the year.

Membership Fees

Membership fees for the 2026/27 season remain unchanged:

Family Membership – $160
Individual Adult Membership – $100
Youth Membership – Under 18 – $60
Social Membership – $60

Family Memberships

Family Membership covers 1 or 2 adults and their children under 18. Each family member must have their own VSC/Australian Sailing membership record.

Start with the Primary Adult. At the Confirm registrations screen, select Register another member to add the Second Adult and any Youth members before proceeding to checkout. There is no additional membership fee for these family members.

Returning families: if your family members are already linked in RevSport, those links will remain in place when their memberships are renewed. Please ensure each family member is individually renewed for the new membership year.

New families: after registration, the Primary Adult will receive instructions by email explaining how to complete the family-linking process.

Payment

Payment options will be provided during the RevSport registration process. You can either:

pay by credit card through RevSport; or
pay by direct bank transfer using the details provided on your invoice.

Where possible, we encourage payment by direct bank transfer. VSC absorbs the transaction fees charged on credit-card payments through RevSport, so paying by bank transfer helps keep these costs to the Club down.

Please have a look through the calendar for our upcoming events, including any duties allocated to you during the season.

Before You Race or Sail at VSC

Before competing or sailing at VSC, members must:

be registered as a current VSC member;
have paid any applicable membership and sailing fees; and
have an Australian Sailing Number.

Rigging Lawn and Boat Storage

Council does not permit permanent storage of members’ boats within the VSC rigging area, so boats should normally be removed at the end of each sailing day.

Boats may remain temporarily if they are being used for further sailing during the coming week. Where practical, they should be stored on a trailer, and any member trailer left on VSC grounds from week to week must be registered.

The Executive Committee reserves the right to remove boats from the rigging lawn if these requirements are not met.
